We do not offer refunds or store credits.

However, in rare and extreme circumstances—such as receiving a damaged or defective item—we may offer a replacement at our discretion. To be considered for a replacement, customers must contact us within a reasonable timeframe of receiving their order and provide clear photos along with a description of the issue.

We reserve the right to determine eligibility for replacements on a case-by-case basis.
